Where did the term "I'd hit it!" come from?

My only guess is Britney Spears' "Hit me baby one more time" song. Am I right?

Regardless of where it came from, I particularly don't care for the phrase. :evil:

I'd hit it has been around a lot longer than that. I remember using it in college.

Its been around much longer than the internet..........

think about it.........during intercourse guy on top.......his pelvis is repeatedly hitting the girls pelvic region.........hence "hitting it"

therefore it likely evolved from that concept.....to the "I'd hit it" that we know and love today.
