Where did my Start->All Programs shortcuts go...?

I don't know what happened...but the shortcuts in "All Programs" are mostly gone (includes things like Windows Update, IE, etc). All I have now is My Computer (except the text is gone), uTorrent, Default Programs, something for my HP printer, and Windows update.

Where did they go? Why? How can I get them back?

Hmm...crazy! What happens when you switch the view to "Classic"? Do you remember what you were doing when this happened? Install any new software lately?

What version of Vista are you running (out of curiosity, don't think it matters though).
