I just happen to live about 1.5 miles from Enlight's Corporate office in SFS. Anyway, back about two months ago I called them and asked to speak to someone in customer service. They connected me with a voice mail belonging to a Bert Rivas (identified in other posts as the customer rep). I left a message along with my local phone number. He never called. About two weeks after that, I e-mailed both him and the sales department with my question again including my phone number. I have yet to hear from them. I find that their customer support is just the worst. That is no way to run a company. They may make a good product, but if you can't get replacement parts what good is it? So I just hope you have better luck getting parts than I did. I was tempted to just drop in on them one day.
