I'd have to say your best off going for the original m/b maker. Unless it follows one of the 2 generic ones, i.e. with the sound vertical or otherwise. And if your mobo is missing one of the serial ports or something, you might have a blank hole.

I just make my own from old pop tart boxes, and spray 'em with chrome paint.

Abit is the only mobo maker that sells them separately. You might look for an abit model that's similar to yours.

(Someone should make this a stickie - This is the third time I've posted it this week)

You can buy I/O shields from ATXshields.com.

Centrix International also sells them (look at the bottom of the "motherboards" page, their in a section called "I/O Shields"). They're mostly for Intel boards but look at the pictures of the various layouts, a lot of them will fit other boards as well.

I've also heard that Directron carries them but haven't actually looked.

I recently bought a refurbished 8RDA from newegg and it shipped without an I/O plate. I e-mailed EPoX, explained my situation and asked if I could buy a replacement plate directly from them. They sent me one for free the next day.
