Where can you buy child safety kits?

You know, they have the finger print stuff, the stuff to swab the kids mouth for DNA. Also, I believe you clip a lock of hair and of course take pics.

I have seen them for sale at about $20 which I will pay without issue if I cant find the free ones they used to advertise.

Any ideas guys?
 
Tell you what, give me your address and I'll park my child-safety van around the block. You can't miss it, it's an old Econoline with no windows.
