Where can you buy 24x to 40x CDrom drives?

These days you can't leave a CD in the drive anymore

These 50x drives take forever to spin up and explorer stalls until they have read the Dics. So I want to buy some old fashioned 24x CDrom drives. But since its a numbers game noone seems to offer them anymore. If you know a vendor which has the goods, please share
