Where can such a program be obtained?

I know there's a program out there that basically functions as a Ti-83 graphing calculator on your computer...just type in the equations and it'll graph it so you can print it out. I'm gonna guess this program isn't free...but it's worth a shot. Anyone know what I'm talking about?
