Where can not for profits by software cheap?

I used to have a link for a legitimate site that sold cheap software to not for profits organizations.
I can't find it anymore.

Can't help with that, but consider if open source is a viable option. That might be a good way to go for long term use so they don't get locked into something they can't really afford.
