Where can I try bear meat?

A friend of my dad's gave him some bear meat some time ago when he went hunting. Of course, my father does not know how to prepare bear meat, so it tasted more or less like beef.

There is a local churh here that has a wild game bizzare once a year. You can get can a hold of bear, squirrel, ground hog and a few other oddities.

The bear is not that bad its actually quite greasy.

China has bear meat. When my uncle had it he said it was called "Bear Claw", sorta like the "chicken claw" appetizer in Dim Sum restaurants
