where can I study that opens late?

my school's library is closed at 8:00 (summer schedule), and the heat is really discouraging me to study at home, which lacks AC.
I am thinking of starbucks, or norm's, which is a restaurant in SoCal that open 24 hours a day everyday.
any idea?

honestly, it felt like you came from a foreign country after what you said (vice versa too).
IMO diners that open 24/7 are AND should be very uncommon; they just seems to be highly unprofitable.

do any of the CSU/UC schools in SoCal have 24 hour/extended hour study rooms? UC Davis has one. I used to always hit that up at 3am.

they mainily exist in college towns, and at 4 in the morning when you are wasted they are a godsend, and they make money just fine, there are the only things open that late

the nearest CSU is Cal Poly and CSULA, and for sure CSULA's library doesn't open late. and calpoly is bit too far away.

I know UCLA and UCI has 24 hours library, and both are definitely way too far too.
