I've been dealing with an online store since before Christmas trying to find a brooch I ordered which has apparently been lost in the mail. (yes, I just used USPS for something shipped to me in Canada, and yes, I should've known better to use UPS or ANYTHING else)
The owner and I have been corresponding via email for quite some time and they've been nothing but understanding and helpful.
Now, we've almost guaranteed that it had been lost and they're sending me a new one! I'm blown away by these guys, and I really want to give them credit for their outstanding customer support.
Just wondering if there's anywhere I can give these guys the kudos they deserve, besides giving them the many thanks that I've already passed along.
I guess I can start here: The place is called the Mystic Caravan and they sell all sorts of jewelery and stuff, I ordered a Leaf of Lorien brooch, like the one from the LOTR trilogy. Site is definately work a look.
