Where can I rent a CS server for a decent price?

Your best bet? Build a server and then lease a spot at a local ISP for it to sit on their network. We had a guy do that, we're hosting one for him now.

can you host both cs AND web ANd ftp, etc.. all on one server all at one time? i mean.. building a machine to colocate JUST for CS seems to me like you're wasting a lot of potential.
