Where can i purchase a set of chain mail armor?

Going to be Boromir or his brother this october for halloween. Probably will have to lose the sword, i doubt that campus police will like me walking around with it too much. Anyone know of any web sites where i could purchase a set? I would rather not drop too much money on it.

In high school, my friend's brother (who was in college) made a bit of it as well. He juggled, and actually made some juggling balls out of chainmail.

it's going to be pricey...I don't think that stuff has been mass produced for many centuries

how about a local costume rental shop? might be cheaper to rent for the night

Depends on the metal *maille* that is used. They come in all different types. Aluminum is very light weight. Have some myself.


If you are looking for cheap.......you won't find it. Chain maille is expensive, no matter where you look.
