Where Can I Make Mugs/Shirts with Custom Prints?

All I know are places like Staples/Officemax.

Any recommendations?

I know you can do it at kinko's too. Never done it. I've made my own shirts, printing on those screen transfer things you can buy and ironing the design on. Works pretty well, even after you wash it.
