Where can I look for local street sweeper laws?

My gf got a ticket for parking at the curb on our city's street sweeping day (which is every other Tuesday). Usually they sweep during the early morning but she was only parked there since around noon. Does anyone know where to look for the my city's laws (Westminster, CA) on street sweeper parking? I've tried Googling around but I can't even find a website for my city (pssh). I just want to find out if they are allowed to make a law that states you cannot park at the curb any time on street sweeper days or if there is a certain time that you can't park on street sweeper days; I was just wondering if she got the ticket in error, because I've never seen them come to sweep the streets any time even close to noon, it's usually much earlier. Thanks guys :)

call your local PD (not 911). there are some things that you shouldn't look for on the internet.

what time did she park from there?
what time period does the sign say for street cleaning?
what time did the ticket written?

if one of these doesn't match, that's an error.
if all of them match, that's a hard to beat ticket.

Hmm, I'll have to look for any signs the next time I go out and I'll ask her what time the ticket says on it. She couldn't have been parked there any earlier than 12 noon.
Anyways, I guess that's that. THANKS GUYS!
