no, I used to go to http://www.hotlinehq.com/trackers.html for trackers, they show a status for each one (slow, down, OK, etc...)

The only I use is tracked.group.org, that's pretty much everything, unless there's a certain genre you're seeking. PM me if you need any more help, but there's really no way around the L/P nonsense, I must warn you!

No. tracker tracker is what it says. It's a tracker that tracks trackers. It gets all its info from other trackers. There's plenty more out there, but it's a good place to start.
