I have this glass Periodic Table that's getting some scratches, I've called a few computer repair and car repair businesses to ask if they buff things out and they all said no.

Probably a rubbing compound and cloth. I've done it with a whetstone, but I wasn't after perfection, just optical clarity. Whatever you do should be tested on something you don't care about as proof of concept so you don't make it worse.

edit:
If you want someone else to do it, try a jeweler.

Are you sure that's actually glass, and not lucite or something? It seems unlikely to me that it would be glass.

If it's plastic, rubbing and polishing compounds will work from the auto store.

If it's actually glass, I'm sure there's commercially available polishing media.
(I use diamond pastes and in my day job when I need to polish, but those are probably above the budget of most people)

There is actual scratch remover for glass. I've used it, though I don't recall what it's called.

Maybe I should get a electric toothbrush to buff it out, they sell them for a few bucks at the dollar tree.
