Where can I give out free stuff on this forum?

I was just trying to give out some paper coupon from OD, all I did was charging everyone for .37 mail money.
For some reasons admin locked the thread.
After reading all the forum rules, I think it is ok to give out free coupon in Off Topic section or is it?

I would pm the mods asking them about this, maybe allowed in fs/ft, I really don't have an answer for you. Coupon codes are pretty much a no go here no matter what.

It's not codes... it is just some paper coupon. (Student Advantage Coupon) I got them from some students meetings.... since I can't user them all, so I am trying give them out for free. (well.... with .37)
