Where can i get the weather stripping on my car replaced?

It's odd, on some places of the car, the weather stripping is perfect. In other places, it has turned into a desert floor--cracked and dry! And some of it even reveals metal beneath the surface. Where can i go to replace all the weatherstripping? And i figure this should be done after a paintjob, right?

The paint/body shop can replace the weather stripping. If you aren't going to do it, let them.

I wonder how the quality of the work/material will be though. It's not just the soft fluffly stuff, it's the harder semi-plasticy stuff that runs along non-moving window (windshields and rear windows in a 2 door) and frame.
