where can i get the hpt 1.0.2 bios-for my maxtor drives????

supposedly my maxtor drives will work correctly with this bios????i cant find it on abit,or highpoints site???has anyone got their maxtors(66)to work correctly in a non-raid config.no matter what i do they become corrupt after a couple of days,with long,long access times,errors.i'm using wz bios and 1.0.3b1(kt7-raid)

Yes your Maxtor drives will work with your setup ...
I realy think you have a HD problem ... you have the same bios & highpoint as me ... and I have a Maxtor drive on ide3 & a Fujisu on ide4, both 10gigs & "Sandra's" marks them above reference on all specs ... there is also a Fujitsu 8gig slaved off the other Fujisu & it is clocking ATA100
I did stipulate at time of purchase of the Maxtor an ATA100 drive & 7200rpm,
I understand a lot of ATA66 drives ARE also 100's when connected to the right stuff ...
not wanting to sound rude, but have you fdisked etc... all my drives are single partitions
