where can i get the chipset drivers for this mobo?

PCI Pentium TR8 Mobo, chipset: Intel 82430VX. its about 3 or 4 years old.

You should not need any chipset drivers for VX motherboards, as support has been built into all modern Windows OS from the original version of Win95A all the way to ME and 2K.
