Where can I get some sound effects and music?

I'm creating a radio commercial for my ad class and was looking to find some specific sound effects. Is there a good website where I can pick most of them up?

Some of them include:

serene outside noise, birds tweeting, etc
sawing (maybe with explicatives)
backfiring car or other car dysfunction
sound of hammer on metal with or without "working on the railroad" in background
sound of whip or belt, possibly with child crying/screaming
pot bubbling
vacum/whirlwind
baby or kids crying

others...

And also I may need some music like:

sexy jazz
in the mood (swing, big band)
blues brothers theme
something very dull and drab
flight of the bumblebee

If you can tell me where I can find any of this shortly, please let me know!!

It may sounds way too obvious but you could simply search for them on Google. If you are worried about the legal implications you could perma-past "public domain" to the search box for the time of the search. Anyway, just consider my post a friendly bump.
