you can buy 200 single layer dvds for that price.

Best I've found is the weekly specials at BB, OM, OD, etc., for $2/disc.

Go to Fatwallet's forum. There was a Office Depot deal for their house brand (either Ricoh or Ritek 2.4x) for $16 for 25 discs.
