I am looking to get a generic brand memory stick for my sony digi cam. I am trying to steer clear of ebay as well. Any suggestions as to websites that sell these things? thanks.

i got my 256 sandisk MS pro for $59 several weeks ago from CC. why skip MS pro altogether? because they read/write faster? allows my F717 to take vid clips over 128mb? or because its newer technology?

i have a CF card from a company called PCI. that is pretty generic. They sell them at Fry's if you live by one.

perhaps i've misunderstood. i thought the OP was asking for Memory Sticks, the ones for Sony camera, instead of other memory like CF or SD.

that might be the case. I thought he was talking about like SD memory. *shrug*

Because they're generally WAY too damn expensive, but $59.00 is worth it. I'd call that a hot deal!

yea i thought it was a hot deal. but i got lucky in getting it. it was suppose to be $89 with $10 MIR plus free reader. but the cashier made the reader $20 because there wasn't a package deal in their system yet. so i just went to customer service and returned the reader right after.
