A client needs an EMAIL that can be upgrade to more than 2gb to at least 4-6 if he needs to. Also he needs to be able to check the Emails online, as he travels alot.

I thought about an exchange server at his office, but he rather jus pay for acompany to do the service.

I tried yahoo business, and they have it somewhat of good choice, but limits you to 2gb, and 20m emails.

hosting your own is better in the long run.
Many linux servers come with their own pop3/smtp server.

go to Telnap.com

Eric does a good job of hosting. you can set your client up with his own domain, then he gets a real email address xxx.companyname.com instead of companyname.yahoo.com.

it will give you a lot of flexibility to set up size of attachments, size of mailbox etc. relatively inexpensive too. i'm sure your client would be willing to pay $25 to $30 / month for the service.
