CPU Stab test 6.0 is not too well done in my opinion. The timer loses track of the time its actaully been running so if it can't even keep track of time I don't think it does too good a job. Try this one, gets the CPU hotter then CPU 6.0 by 3 degrees.

I had tried a handful of stability programs when I first overclocked my cpu, but honestly the one program that would find a weakness if one existed was Unreal Tournament. I'm running a celeron 566@933. I was able to run it at 952 with everything I tried EXCEPT UT.

I agree with airjrdn - at 800, everything was stable (seti, cpu testers, genome@home, folding@home, winamp, icq, many IE windows, and all the usual junk), but UT demonstrated quite clearly that my cpu was unhappy with its temp 🙂

heheh damn look at me, coming here to find cpu stability tester and finding UT players

im a hardcore UT player (I'm in DS, #3 CTF clan on OGL, I go by BlackIguana and Panopticon), and thats exactly what im trying to solve, random lock-ups in UT

i found out that turning off AGP 4x helps alot...and i seem to be running stable now, but theres nothing worse than being in an important match and having the thing lock on you
