Where can I get cheap framed art?

Is there a website that sells low priced framed artwork to display in a home or office?
I'd like to make my apartment slightly more visually appealing. I've checked out local Goodwill stores and garage sales but really haven't found anything. I dont have an artist preference, as long as it looks good and doesn't cost over..$40 per picture?

Thanks

That link doesnt work. And I have seen a couple sites that claim to sell low priced artwork, but they generally are poorly built and impossible to navigate. Has anyone actually had experience with specific companies?

art.com isn't to bad.

I've bought a few things from them before and never have had any issues.

you can order everything you need precut to size online

all you really need then is a screwdriver, an exacto knife a straight edge and maybe a pair of wire cutters for the hanging wire

also if you live near a major city theres a chance you have a place that will let you do it yourself and they will sell you the mats

in boston there is a place called The Framers Workshop, you can drop stuff off there and they will do it or you can do it yourself right there

i framed 4 8x12s with metal frames, matts and Glass and it cost me like 100$ for all the mats and took an hour or so to mat and frame them, they will cut all of the stuff to whatever size you want for you, and if you happen to break some glass they will cut you more for nothing

So I've noticed...

Thanks for the suggestions. I also found barewalls.com which has good prices on the prints. I'm gonna keep looking around for framing options.
