Where can I get cathode lights for a car?

Hi, I just mounted my new headunit and there's a perfect sized slot for a 6" cathode light under the new headunit. I was wondering if anyone knows where I can get one for a car...or how I can adapt a case light to work in a car.

Case lights run off of 12v dc right? Should be able to run directly off of the car battery...but if it gets to 14v i can put in a little resistor to protect the lights.

Pontiac Bonneville....I'm not trying to make it into a hoopdy....just dont like the empty space with metal showing. Need to fill it.
