Where can I get baggy City BDU pants?

I've screened thru at least 30 websites that sell City BDU pants, but they're all tight, I want that baggy feel. Do skate companies (ie. Hurley, BillaBong, etc.) make any? They were a hit 2 years ago, and I've seen some baggy versions down at SandDiego.
