I'm going to get into the Freebies thread of hotdeals because I have a whole bunch of stuff I no longer need. What I need to know is where I can get some bubble wrap that is anti-static so I dont have to worry about it being sent in cracked pieces.

EDIT: At the advice of Mike, I'm now just looking for rolls of Anti-static material. I can find my own bubble wrap :p

Forget unobtainium anti-static bubble wrap.

1. Put item inside recycled anti static bag...i have about 1 million of them (OK, just 999,923)

2. Wrap that bag in normal, easilyobtaniumnormal bubble wrap.

3. Ship it.

4. Profit.

5. Send Mike 50% of your profit for telling you about this great idea.

Why did you throw away all your precious anti-static bags that came to you free when you purchased your very expensive hardware? :( They need homes too, you know. ;)

Now you need AS bags. Hmm.

Only place I got them was with my Hard drive... Anywhere *except for ebay* that has Anti-static bags or even material on a roll that I could just cut and wrap the stuff in?

MichaelD weren't you the one who a few years ago sold off a huge lot of anti-static baggies? Also you can find a lot of shipping supplies on eBay.

I personally work at a shop so I collect all the bags that we use up. Otherwise it will just be thrown away. That and I keep the boxes to re-ship things in. The shop looks like a mess though because it looks like I'm a pack rat. I'm fixing to fix that soon though.

Anyone want to give some away for a good cause? :D I dont need thousands of them or anything. 20 would be more than enough for my current supply of junk.

A few years ago I sold off a whole lot of stuff. Some of it in pieces, others in bunches...I honestly don't remember.

AS bags are always worth keeping though. :)
