Where can I get an SLI bridge for my rampage III extreme?

I just bought a 2nd GTX480 to SLI my rig for BF3, but I lost my SLI bridge! Where can i get another? Also, do I need to get two? It seems the GTX480 has slots for two bridges. Thanks in advance!

That would be something that you would use if you had 3 cards.
When connecting 2, you just need to connect, 1 connection point on each card to the same connection point on the 2nd card.

How far apart are the cards? I'm using one of these --

...because it fit perfectly, and the flexible one that came with the board was bumping into the fan I have in the side panel of my case. I have one open slot between the two cards.

On a side note, does anyone know if you can connect just 2 cards to a triple bridge SLI connector, or does it require all 3 cards to be connected?

You can run two cards on a 3-way bridge.
