Where can i get a program that will

let me copy a damaged cd to my hard drive? Windows explorer quits once it finds an error. I need something that will keep trying to read the damaged files. Thanks!

Hmm, you might want to try a different CD-ROM drive.

or does anyone know of burner software that will let me copy it? Nero sucks! It stops at the first error it sees. I had a program a long time ago the would keep trying to read it until it got it. it doesn't work with win2k or winxp though.

 

If its damaged physically, the software won't really make a difference.
You might be able to recover sectors if you really want, but you may not get all the data you want.

hmm.... CloneCD seems to work. but it looks like it's just passing over the bad sectors.
