Screen is bigger, but lower resolution and a weaker CPU. Not sure about getting an X for 250 . . . unless you plan on signing a 2yr contract. At least, in the US.
 
I bought a used DROID x off amazon. Sometimes it will shut off randg y omly evenwith near full battery. Is that a problem with all DROID x, did they sell me a malfunctioning one? Btw I can't activate this DROID n
