Where can I get a Gateway Destination Case, or something like it for my entertainment system

Would anyone know where to get a case like the one gateway offered in the destination line for a while

If you know of any other cases that look like it, that would do too. Normally these cases are made by some big company, then sold to everyone else...is this the case with the above case?
