Where can I get a free voice mail?

I think I am going to cancel my land line, but I don't want to get all those telemarketers on my cell. Is there any company that provides free voice mails, so I can give to CC companies?

www.totallyfreepaging.com. They ask you to buy a pager, but if you just set up an account and not buy a pager you get free voicemail. I've had it reliably for over a year now. Only downside is I think there's a limit on how many messages you can receive.

As far as I know, since you pay for incoming calls on a cell phone, telemarketers aren't legally allowed to call your cell phone for unsolicited sales purposes.
