where can I get a copy of win8

Seems a lot of people have been able to get their hands on Win 8 for $40 bucks. I am still running XP and thinking about going to Win 7 with a new SSD. Where can I get a copy of win 8 to try before I decide to go with win 7?

Nobody has a retail copy of Windows 8. The "Release Preview" is available now (expires in January), and once Windows 8 goes on sale they have announced it will only be 40 bucks to buy the OS.
