Explain. You looking for ways/progams/guides on how TO make VCDS and mpegs, or are you looking for the files themselves? and if so, are you looking for random video files, or like VCD's of movies? If you're looking for movies and stuff, this isn't the best place to ask, seeing as it's illegal and the mods will lock. In addition, there aren't many sites that have full movies, you're better off looking at p2p networks like Direct Connect, newsgroups, or using FTP.
