Where can I find this case?

They don't any more. But sundialmicro and directron both have some of the older models but they are not exactly the same. The Praetorian, Wavemaster or Mystique are about as close as you'll get in the current line. Sundial has an ATC-710 that looks similar. Some of the guys that designed the ATC line of cases went and formed Silverstone when ATC was gobbled up by CM, so you might find something there down your alley. SVC has been having some good Silverstone prices lately.
