Where can I find this cable?

I'm looking for a cable to power my internal card reader and plug into my motherboard's
usb header. Like the one in this picture CABLE AT TOP RIGHT

That is a custom cable for that particular reader. Enlightcorp.com is going to be where to get the cable complete. Plan B is to make the cable yourself. Use the "B" end of a USB 2.0 cable and wire strippers and a package of connectors from Radio Shack to make your own. That is both power and data cable for your drive.

Make your own. I got a Soyo mainboard and usb drive. The cables are only about three feet too long. One day, maybe, I will shorten them. Maybe one day.
