Where can I find the "vids:mp43" decompressor?

I downloaded an avi file. Windows Media Player tries to download the codec automatically, but an error window comes up and says that it was downloaded but it didn't work. The audio works fine, just no video.

Any suggestions?

www.divx.com get version 4.0 and that should take care of it.
