Ive looked all over and I cant find a copy of it on the net. Anyone got a link? And no i dont want a CNN link or somthing "telling" me whats in it, I can decide for myself. I gotta read up!😀

That cant be it....its to vague. Shouldnt it be like, 500 pages at least? Im talking about the bill right now that is trumping through congress right now.

HelloDeli,
Let me give you this to think on while you read the P.B.R.

How can an employer avoid getting sued under the P.B.R.???

Answer:
Stop providing employees health insurance. As long as the employer does not offer or pay for the employees health insurance they can't be sued for denying anything. Doesn't the idea of having to buy your own health insurance give you a warm fuzzy feeling?

Well I read through it and its actaully brilliantly worded. Basically, it gives anyone the right to sue ANY private health insurance agency, not Medicaid and Medicare mind you(wouldnt want any poor sueing the government now would we!), only private insurance. So whats that mean? Private insuranvce companies will be going out of buisness left and right, and the ones that dont will have to charge insane fees to pay off the lawers and judgements. The Liberals will then swoop in and say "Dont worry, were here to rescue you from the mean overcharging insurance companies! Just vote for this nationalized health care bill and all will be better!" And before you know it, were one giant step closer to Socialism...

All this hidden under the title "Patients Bill of Rights"

Yeah, SUUUUUUUUUURRE...
