Where can I find the io panel of a computer case?

I want to know because I want to get a motherboard that has integrated ethernet. My case does not have the hole for it, but I am guessing that I can take this piece out. So tell me if these things are available and where. Thanks in advance.

It came with your Motherboard when you purchased it--they come with the IO because the standard ATX case doesn't--most motherboards don't have intergrated ethernet

Generally if an ATX mobo has a non-standard I/O layout, it will come with a custom cover plate. Even the cheap ECS K7S5A comes with one for its LAN outlet.
