Where can I find the "drive manger" utility in win2k?

I'm trying to figure out how to access a disk that I was using under a previous install of win2k, but which my current install seems to think is not formatted.

If anyone knows how I can access this drive...
 
Right click My Computer>Manage>Select Disk Management from the tree.

If it doesnt show up there, it's a hardware problem.
