Where can I find tall Women's Levis Jeans?

My friend has a 38inch inseam & loves levi jeans, but is having trouble finding levis in that size. She used to have them special ordered, but that store went out of business.
 
I"m figuring she's some kind of grotesque gigantor-type she-monster, or a supermodel with legs that go to ya-ya.

Both are pic-worthy.

Actually, I knew a girl like that - she was a wee bit taller than me - she was 6' - her crotch came up to my navel . . .well, 2" below. Anyhow, she was just a friend, and she had a "waddle" because of it . . ..

Actually, Kelly had no problem finding clothes that she liked . . . of course, she's from a wealthy-ass family, so it wasn't that big a concern for her . . ..

I have trouble finding 30x33 pants - I can't even imagine her problems . . ..
