Where can I find Sempron AM2 35W EE chips?

I'm currently planning to build a low wattage browsing machine to replace my Prescott S478 Machine. I have the funding ready but the problem is that I cannot find these chips in any online store anywhere. Has someone already have the access to any of the EE chips and build their new PC around it? I would like to know where you get it so I can get it by next sunday

The regular Semprons and single-core A64s are already pretty close to the 35W level, especially if you undervolt:

You know, if I want to mod my computer, I would undervolt it. However, I would like this computer to be a simple drop in, no modification necessary on everytime computer which in the future will be mated to a 32inch LCD TV. I was gonna get a Shuttle for AM2 but I didn't want to spend over 600 bucks for it and in addition, have to purchase a video card in order to run the computer. My current theme right now: Less is More.

The EE and SFF CPUs are not widely avaialble at this time, to my knowledge. They may take a little while longer to hit the market in force (maybe when AMD slashes prices later this month).
