Where can I find sales figures?

I wanna know how many units of the RAZR M and RAZR MAXX and MAXX HD have sold, and damned if the internet is shady about giving specific info.

I don't think Google has released those specific figures, and I don't think Verizon releases individual sales figures for devices other than iPhone.
