Where can I find really small screws in CA?

I need those of 1/16th inch or below. I can't measure it with certainty using a ruler and since I don't have a micrometer I can't tell for sure how big the diameter is but I think it's 1/16th inch. I tried Radioshack and they don't have them.

Try asking at a jewelers or some place that repairs watches and clocks or at some hobby supply shop. They should be able to provide the names of some suppliers.
