Where can I find Quicktime 4 complete version

I want the free version, but not the setup file which must setup thru internet.

He wants to DL Quicktime and not have to use the Quicktime Installer internet download application to do it. The way it is now, you have to DL a small program which then DLs and installs Quicktime onto your computer. If you wanted to burn Quicktime onto a CD and install it on a computer without internet access, you would not be able to.

Oh, I see now ... guess that's why most of the major download sites just link to the Apple site too; Download.com, Tucows.com, etc., have all bowed to Apple.
