where can i find multi-cd cases?

so single-cd replacement jewel cases are very ez to come by, but does anyone know where i can find:

1. two-cd cases. looks like a normal cd jewel case until you open it up and theres a flip thing in the center that has a CD on each side. the original command & conquer and red alert come to mind as examples of games that used this case

2. four-cd cases. same as a normal CD case, but twice as thick and opens in two places like a book. playstation rpgs like final fantasy 8, and 9 used cases like this

I've found them at a local computer store in a bin with 1, 2 and 3 cd cases, used and pretty cheap. I dont know where they got them. Best to call around.
