where can i find laptop hard drive benchmarks???

ya i am having problems finding benchmarks done on laptop drives. i need to know for a project whether it will support a 16mb/s stream.

According to Sandra my IBM TravelStar 40GB 4200RPM drive can do 16MB/s read and 14MB/s write (sequential). It could probably handle it. If you wanted to play it safe you could get a 5400RPM HD.
